'Witches of East End Season 2' Finale: The Family Secret Is OUT!
'Witches of East End Season 2' Finale: The Family Secret Is OUT!
The Season 2 finale of the "Witches of East End" was aired last Oct. 5 in a two-hour episode entitled, "Box to the Future; For Whom the Spell trolls". The week before, Wendy, Freya and Joana decided to revisit one of their previous lives while Dash's one night affair turned out to become an interesting path. Ingrid, on the other hand, spent quality time with her grandfather.
The first hour:
Joanna: Beauchamps, still, are in 1840. Joanna met Ingrid and her old self surrounded by tombs in a cemetery so she could take control of the magical box.
Freya: Freya ran into E.A. Poe while lending a helping hand to Aunt Wendy, who was looking the key (time-door). We've learned that Freya could, also, recognize the soul of Killian when it is in another state of incarnation.
Wendy: She lost the key to the magical time-door. Not finding it will mean that they'll be stuck in the year 1840. This didn't really matter because they'll die anyway.
Killian: Killian is beginning to hallucinate after taking the fatal potion. When he passed out, he saw Freya in his dream giving him flowers and telling him that he better call Ingrid. He woke up sweating and groggy.
Tarkoff: Tarkoff followed Joanna into the dark woods. Right after Joanna got her hands on the soul-sucking box, Taroff attacked her, grabbed the box and disappeared.
Ingrid: Ingrid rushed over to assist Killian. She was certain that the dream was from Freya's vision, telling him to take-in lotus roots.
The second-hour:
Joanna, Freya and Wendy assembled again in the saloon. Joanna was still irritated that she lost the soul-sucking box to Tarkoff. She spied him at the bar and told everyone to meet her 10 minutes after right in front of the time door. Tarkoff tried to persuade her on a lot of things, but everything went out of hand. He pulled out her talisman and knocked-out Joanna.
Frederick, another important character, was stabbed. A message was left and it said, 'death to all witches'. This only meant one thing- the family's secret is out!
Wendy spent her last life saving Tommy, but as soon as her father's soul fled Tommy's body away, Tommy also died. She chose to end her life that way because she felt guilty of introducing him into her 'world'. Wendy ran to her sister and a longer family history was revealed, including the hard reality of having a sociopathic father.
Is Frederick dead? How will Joanna bring her sister back? While all these are uncertain, one thing is sure- the next season is a must-watch!
