"How to Get Away with Murder": ABC's Legal Drama Series Gets a Full Season
ABC Network has decided to keep the hit legal drama, "How to Get Away with Murder", for a full season. The newest hit has reached 14 million total viewers, tying with the premiere of Rhimes' "Scandal"'s fourth season.
"How to Get Away with Murder" is an American legal drama series, which follows Annalise Keating, a criminal law professor at a prestigious university in Phildelphia. Also a defense attorney, Annalise chooses a group of her best students from the university to work at her firm. The professor and her students later become entangled in a murder case.
The show's cast members includes Viola Davis as Annalise Keating, Billy Brown as Nate Lahey, Alfred Enoch as Wes Gibbins, Jack Falahee as Connor Walsh, Katie Findlay as Rebecca Sutter, Aja Naomi King as Michaela Pratt, Matt McGorry as Asher Millstone, Karla Souza as laurel Catillo, Charlie Weber as Frank Delfno, and Liza Weil as Bonnie Winterbottom.
"How To Get Away With Murder" has aired its first three episodes entitled "Pilot", "It's All Her Fault", and "Smile, or Go to Jail" last September 25, 2014, October 2, 2014, and October 9, 2014, respectively. The recently aired third season featured soccer mom Paula Murphy needing help to prove her innocence after being arrested by the FBI. More than that, the president of the college asks for assistance after the emergence of more details about the vanishing of the sorority girls.
The fourth episode is set to be aired on October 16, 2014, with the title "Let's Get to Scooping." It is also rumored that in relation to the event in the last episode, someone may have witnessed what happened to the students.
A video in Accesshollywood reveals lead actress Viola Davis's feelings on her upcoming series. The legal drama was created by Peter Nowalk and will be produced by Shonda Rhimes. It premiered on ABC last September 25, 2014.
According to Thehollywoodreporter, aside from Pete Nowalk's "How to Get Away with Murder", ABC Network also keeps Kenya Barris' comedy, "Black-ish", for full season. The report also revealed that "How to Get Away with Murder" will be having fifteen episodes.
What will happen to the shows characters? Watch the succeeding episodes of "How to Get Away with Murder" every Thursday at 10PM on ABC Network. The show airs after "Grey's Anatomy" and "Scandal".
