Sometimes the doll would be found crossed legged on the couch with its arms folded, other times it was found upright, standing on its feet, leaning against a chair in the dining room. Several times Donna, placing the doll on the couch before leaving for work, would return home to find the doll back in her room on the bed with the door closed." - Annabelle's Tale
The 2013 American blockbuster horror film "The Conjuring" had many of the horror fans gripping to their chairs. This 2014, its infamous doll - Annabelle, the ever sweet-looking raggedy doll - is now taking the spotlight in the upcoming movie "Annabelle". Director John R. Leonetti and producer James Wan are bringing back Annabelle as a horrific, blood-spilling doll who is set to terrorize a young couple with a newborn baby.
The demon-possessed doll is said to take the central role as it enters the movie scene as a gift from a husband to his expectant wife. Husband John thought it was the perfect gift, while his wife Mia was charmed by the vintage doll. As it came in a purely white wedding dress, Mia thought it was beautiful and rare. Unfortunately, the couple later finds out that the doll was far from being beautiful, but definitely rare - in a horrifying way.
Many fans of "The Conjuring" have already seen this evil entity a several times in the blockbuster movie. Only this time, the doll movie will finally tell you the origins of Annabelle - how it all started, where it came from, and how it got its demonic entity. The doll is based on a true story, as it is said in many sources out there. Will the movie be faithful to Annabelle's tales? It is hard to tell at this point. But the horror fans should definitely find out how the creators of "Annabelle" will interpret, present and deliver the stories of this controversial doll.
The movie cast includes Annabelle Wallis (as Mia Form, the wife) and Ward Horton (as John Form, the husband). The movie director, John Leonetti, has already worked with the photography of "The Conjuring", and producer James Wan is known for both "The Conjuring" and "Insidious" - another recognized horror movie from 2010. "Annabelle" is definitely a must-watch movie this year.
Movie "Annabelle" will start on October 3, 2014.
