Rise of the Tomb Raider: New Features, Gameplay, and Release Date October- December 2015
Rise of the Tomb Raider: New Features, Gameplay, and Release Date October- December 2015!
Rise of the Tom Raiders latest release date is actually during the holiday seasons of 2015. Hence, you can expect it to have around October until December by next year. However, some major delays are one to be expected as well. Rise of the Tom Raiders is exclusive for Xbox One and Xbox 360 for Microsoft had already signed a deal about this. The exclusive deal is however confirmed that it is 'within the timeframe' only. Thus, we can also expect that Rise of the Tom Raiders would be as well as available on PS3 and PS4 sometime in the near future.
"I knew there would be some pushback when we came out," said Phil Spencer, the Xbox boss. "Certain people won't believe this: (the deal) doesn't come from an evil space. It comes from a space where there's an opportunity that maps really well with what we need in terms of the genre, and a partner that's looking for partnership. Other people can do the deal, but it was a deal that fit well with us. I think it could help the franchise in the long run and help Crystal and Square and us."
We all know (well to those who play the game at least) that the story will start where the first game has ended.
"In her first adventure, Lara Croft was forged into a true survivor, but she glimpsed a deeper, secret world," reads the Xbox website. "In the next chapter of her journey, Lara must use her survival skills and wits, learn to trust new friends, and ultimately accept her destiny as the Tomb Raider."
"Featuring epic, high octane action moment, Rise of the Tomb Raider will take gamers to multiple locations around the world filled with exploration spaces that are some of the most beautifully hostile places on earth. In addition, after hearing the cry from fans loud and clear, the game will put the tombs back into Tomb Raider, all in the franchise's gritty Survival-Action style."
