Batman: Arkham Knight Release Date, Rumors, Reveals and Plot: Bat Mobile and Other Perks Available for this Installment
Batman: Arkham Knight is a new installment detailing a new chapter in the life of the billionaire/ vigilante Bruce Wayne as he battles the forces of evil. Developers Rocksteady, have created a new villain who will end the trilogy and that is the Arkham Knight. In this installment, his intentions and identity are unknown. Arkham Knight is going to be a single player game as w ell as the fourth installment in the series. As such, it is set to be the final chapter in the 'Arkham' games. Kevin Conroy is set to be the voice of Batman. He is the same who portrayed the Dark Knight in "Batman: Arkham Asylum" as well as "Batman: Arkham City." The Game will be available for platforms such as PS4, PC and X Box One of course.
The plot of the game is set a year after the death of Batman's arch nemesis, the Joker. "Arkham Knight" is going to allow the players a few perks like driving the Bat-mobile. This is a feature that was left out of the previous franchises. The game is also following the trend for open world graphics much like other games that are slated to come out this year and early next year. Sefton Hill, Game director stated, "The new technology has given us the chance to apply our detailed approached to a much bigger, open world."
The Joker may be absent from the game this time but there will definitely be more villains from DC Comics making their debut on the game. Some of the options this time include Harley Quinn and the Scarecrow. Hill says that their approach since Batman: Arkham Asylum is to put everything that they have into the games they make. Similarly, it seems that Play station has listed the game on the website. They have revealed an elusive DLC for the Play station 4 version of the game. This exclusive DLC includes a special battle where one faces off against a giant scarecrow and an undead army in the streets of the city.
