Google Nexus 6 Release Date, Price, Review, Specs, Features And Rumors: Google Nexus 6 Rumored To Feature A QHD Screen With A Release Date Expected To Be Before The End Of The Year
We have the latest info for you on the release date, price, review, specs, features and rumors of Google Nexus 6. The Google Nexus range of smartphones has been a favorite to many fans. They have always run 'Pure Android' with no other modification. Many have been expecting the release of Nexus 6 this year, but we are in the second half of the year and it has not yet been released. We have the latest rumors and information about the Nexus 6.
The specs of the Nexus 6 have been leaked and it seems like it will be competing with other smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8. It has a codename known as Motorola Shamu. The upcoming Nexus 6 will run on Android L and it will have a 5.2-inch screen display and a 2560*1440 resolution. It will have under the hood a quad-core Qualcomm processor and 3GB memory. It will have 24 GB internal storage and a 12MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing camera.
It is rumored that Snapdragon 800 processor sees it perform almost identically on the Galaxy S5, Xperia Z2, HTC One M8 and Oneplus. It is also said that the Nexus 6 will have a QHD screen, with 1080 pixel resolution. TechTastic reports that the Nexus 6 will have 11.5 fps. Google always picks a technology partner to partner with who will manufacture the Nexus products and this will not be an exception. The Nexus 6 is said to be manufactured by LG like the Nexus 5, although LG has openly denied that they are manufacturing the new smartphone.
One of the features that the Nexus 6 is expected to carry over from the Nexus 5 is the wireless charging. You can simply put the phone on that flat surface and it will charge automatically without having to plug in charging wires. It is quick and convenient and it is obvious that Google has invested so much money and time into the technology. Since LG might be the manufacturer of the new smartphone, it is possible that the Nexus 6 will be similar to the LG G3 materially. The release date has not been announced but it is expected that it will be released before the end of this year.
