The Marvin Sapp Radio Show To Air On KHVN in Dallas
It has been less than a year since Bishop Marvin Sapp relocated to Dallas, Texas. The metroplex has given him a Texas sized welcome - the latest being Gospel radio station KHVN adding his nationally syndicated Marvin Sapp Radio Show.
"KHVN has been the area's Gospel music mainstay for decades. It is an honor to be a part of the KHVN family and serve the Dallas metroplex with music and inspiration from my point of view," says Sapp.
KHVN will begin airing The Marvin Sapp Radio Show on July 11. The show is distributed in partnership with Superadio; American Urban Radio Networks (AURN) handles national advertising.
Marvin Sapp recorded his 12th album in February. The first single, "Thank You for It All" is currently impacting radio, and the album - Chosen Vessel - will be released later this year. Sapp recently delivered a standout performance for the virtual Essence Festival of Culture, and made a celebrated surprise appearance on the special edition of VERZUZ - The Healing - where he performed his enduring hit "Never Would Have Made It."
24 Stellar Awards, 2 Soul Train Music Awards, 2 BET Awards, 2 Dove Awards and 8 BMI Songwriter's Awards for sales along with many other accolades and honors from national, regional and local institutions. He is a multiple Grammy and Billboard Award nominee. Sapp was named one of Billboard's 2019 Top 10 Gospel Artists and his greatest hits album, The Very Best of Marvin Sapp, was one of Billboard's Top 10 Gospel Albums of 2019. Sapp became Senior Pastor of The Chosen Vessel Cathedral in Fort Worth, Texas on September 15, 2019.
