11th Hour to Release "Silence the Stones" on Nov 10
Cutting edge vocal trio 11th Hour is adding new rooms to the house they built on a foundation of critically acclaimed music with the release of their new Sonlite Records project. After four consecutive #1 radio hits from the group's two previous releases on Sonlite Records, 11th Hour continues to offer their deep-south style with a flair of today's modern Gospel music on this new, aptly-titled release Silence the Stones.
The energetic and highly gifted group, consisting of founding member and lead vocalist Amber Eppinette, tenor Grant Gibson and alto Jaquita Lindsey, has blended a variety of their musical influences and styles they grew up with and love. The result is an exciting playlist of outstanding music. The electrifying threesome has stirred a genuine and fresh excitement among all Gospel music lovers.
Amber Eppinette stated, " This CD is unlike any other that we've done before. A new sound for a new season but the same gospel message. We hope you are revived, blessed and encouraged to praise after hearing this new album. Pre orders begin now and we will also have pre order forms available at NQC - Booth #609."
The album kicks off with its first radio single; the swampy-country "Doin' What's Right" instantly reminding us of the trio's power and the beauty of their sibling-like harmonies. The high energy delivery of "My God Will Deliver Me", with it's musical drive and powerful lyrics, puts the spotlight on the trio's male vocal powerhouse Grant Gibson and Amber Eppinette enshrines the tradition of classic Southern Spirituals with "I'd Like to Meet the Preacher." This story song is a reminder of those people in the past that have shown the way forward. Amber lends her hand in the writing department with Kenna West and Jason Cox on the stirring title cut, "Silence the Stones."
Silence the Stones releases nationwide and on digital outlets on Friday, November 10, 2017. The group will be debuting new material from the recording at next week's National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee where they are a featured mainstage performer on Monday, September 25, 2017.
