"God is With You Every Day" by Max Lucado Surpasses 100,000 Units

God Is With You Every Day, Max Lucado's first daily devotional since Grace for the Moment®, has surpassed more than 100,000 units sold, Thomas Nelson announced today.

The message that God, the One who created the universe, is present on anxious, lonely, and struggling days as well as joyful ones has resonated with readers young and old. Writing as though talking to a friend, Lucado shares Scriptures, prayers, and encouraging messages with readers to remind them of the source of their strength and joy.

"To surpass 100,000 units in sales less than a year from release is a testament to the impactful way that Max relates to Scripture," said Laura Minchew, Senior Vice President and Publisher for Gift Books, Tommy Nelson Children's Books, and New Media at Thomas Nelson. Each week starts with a prayer, followed by six topical devotions to help readers focus on a specific attribute, command or promise of God. Lucado's most recent project, a trade book entitled Because of Bethlehem, released on Sept. 13, 2016 along with an accompanying adult coloring book, Because of Bethlehem Christmas Coloring Book, and a children's board book entitled Itsy Bitsy Christmas.
