Now that Google has official announced its HTC-made tablet Nexus 9, consumers have lot of choices in the segment before the holiday season. According to Google, they will start taking its preorders from today partnering with giants like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Office Max, Radio Shack and GameStop. However, if you want to but it directly from a store, it is going to take a few more days.
Although it is not clear by when they will be delivering the orders, experts believe that it should not take more than a month for the delivery. In fact, T-Mobile will start selling the Nexus 9 tablet by Nov 12. According to Phone Arena, Google will offer three color choices to the users across its 16 GB and 32 GB models. The basic model will be available for $399 and the 32 GB model at $479. In fact, Google has also introduced an additional 32 GB variant that is LTE-enabled and will cost $599. Google will launch this tablet across the world in at least 30 countries, after which they plan to venture in the other markets shortly too.
Nexus 9 Features
This beautiful tablet come with 8.9-inch IPS display, 6700 mAh battery power, 8MP rear camera and 1.6 MP front camera, 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor 2.3 GHz CPU, 192-core Kepler GPU, and 2 GB RAM for smooth performance. However, what separates it from the other tablets in the market is the easy grip design with brushed metal sides. It has been manufactured by HTC and reportedly offers high quality sound with Boom Sound speakers from the manufacturer for clear, crisp, powerful and impressive quality without distortion in any environment.
Of course, it has also been introduced with the newest Android version 5.0 aka Lollipop, which is truly brilliant in every sense. This new operating system allows users to handle notifications and interact even when screen is locked. Some brilliant work on colors and fluid animation supported by Nexus 9 further improves the experience. Google also recommends a powerful magnetically attached keyword (sold separately), which makes work and play easier on this fully loaded tablet.
