'The Flash' : TV Ratings Gives The Show A Victory
One of the highest-rated television series that opens this year was "The Flash". It marked as CW's most popular in-demand show since 2009, that was when "The Vampire Diaries" days.
"The Flash" had 4.54 million viewers and 1.8 ratings with adults from 18-49 on the initial live-plus-same day ratings. It had the same experience when "The Vampire Diaries" premiered on September 2009. It was totally impressive. The fact that the show opened that night, it leads into the Season 10 of "Supernatural", as it was strong and stable for the CW.
In the 8PM hour, CW had out-rated the ABC's freshman comedies and Fox's animation encores on adults. Whether it affected "The Flash" or not, there was a recap on "The Voice" last Tuesday. This definitely helped the NCIS to be the highest-rated series that night having a 2.6 rating among adults on CBS.
Here is the update for the ratings. Steady NCIS: "New Orleans" got 2.3 on adults and the "Person of Interest" had 1.6 showing with adults. Still, "The Voice" of NBC got 2.4 on adults, and Chicago Fire got a steady rate of 2.1 with adults. These two were enough to give the network a victory demo.
Those ABC comedies that fell on the second outing had entered the danger zone quickly. "Selfie" fell off on a 1.1 rating which denotes to a 31 percent off rating among adults, while "Manhattan Love Story" spilled over 40 percent, which got 0.9 rating. The night also marked a low score for "Agents of Shield" with a point of 1.6 rating. "Forever" had a steady within the week with 1.3 rating among adults.
That night was also tremendous for "New Girl" as it had 1.3 rating with adults as the top comedy of Fox. "The Mindy Project" also got a steady score.
It was a night of superb rating and marvelous television performance. Each shows got their own scores and ratings that was base on how the viewers react and rate the show.
