"Supernatural" Season 10 Spoilers: Supernatural Hour-Long Special on Oct. 6
CW Network has decided to keep the drama series for a tenth season and last Feb. 12, 2014, the network announced the series' renewal.
"Supernatural" is an American supernatural drama television series, which chronicles the brothers Sam and Dean Winchester as they travel through the United States in search of supernatural creatures.
The TV series integrates folklores and urban legends as well as Pagan and Christian mythology.
Created by Eric Kripke, "Supernatural" Season 10 cast stars Misha Collins as Castiel, Mark Sheppard as Crowley, Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester and Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester.
The latest update on "Supernatural" Season 10 premiere episode, entitled Black, centers Sam Winchester in search for his brother Dean and Crowley, the King of Hell. Additionally, Dean gets on an adventure with the King of Hell, Crowley.
In the season's premiere, the summary says, "Dean is living it up as a demon while Sam hits rock bottom in the search for his brother - Dean is a demon and running amuck with Crowley while Sam tries to figure out what happened to his brother. Meanwhile, Castiel is dealing with his diminishing grace."
Furthermore, it appears that King of Hell, Crowley will be the season's villain. He will take advantage of Dean's situation, which completely invites Sam for a challenge. Sam still doesn't know Crowley's conspiracy and even if he is now desperately trying to summon him for help, the lord of Hell will be taking Dean's side.
A Season 10 promotion video reveals Dean having a good time as a demon. He is drinking, brawling, womanizing, and singing in the karaoke. His brother Sam is consistently in search of ways in order to bring him back to his former self. He even tortures a female demon to get answers on where he could find his brother and Crowley. However, when they met, Dean told Sam that he doesn't want to be fixed.
With a man-to-self conflict now arises, Sam doesn't know if he kills or saves his own brother.
Eric Kripke created the series, with Robert Singer and Jeremy Craver as executive producers.
Reports revealed that there will be an hour-long "Supernatural" special on Oct. 6, at 9PM. The Supernatural special takes the behind-the-scenes look on the past nine seasons of the series.
Meanwhile, this year's Season 10 of "Supernatural" debuts in television on Oct. 7, 2014, at 9PM ET, on CW Network.
