'The Voice' NBC Season 7, Watch Week #1 Outtakes from Coaches Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine & Blake Shelton Here (VIDEO)
"The Voice" Season 7 premiered last Monday and Tuesday on NBC has released some behind the scenes and outtake footage from week #1. You can check out the video above.
"The Voice" Season 7 will have many surprises and special guests including Taylor Swift being announced as a guest mentor for all team, just as Chris Martin (Coldplay) was last season.
Also, during the 'battle rounds' it has been revealed that the guest mentors will be Little Big Town, Stevie Nicks, Alicia Keys and Gavin Rossdale (Bush and also Gwen's husband). These picks for mentors are by far the most diverse that they have had on the show.
"I don't know how it came about, but it was just one of those things [where] the idea was mentioned - I wasn't even sure who was mentioning it - and then it came around to, 'So, next week you ready? You are gonna come and do this?" Gavin told Access Hollywood Liz Hernandez in a new interview about joining "The Voice".
Gwen bragged on her husband about stepping into the mentor role with the contestants. "He is super articulate and he has a really good opinion and he is smart and he's been doing a really good job," she said. "We both have, I think, a lot of experience in the sense that when you look back at all the shows and all the things we've done - and I mean, we all met like touring together and doing hundreds of shows - and it's so fun to be in the position to meet [all of the contestants]."
How do you think Gwen and Pharrell did as new coaches in their first week?
You can tune in to all of the action when Season 7 continues with the 'blind auditions' Monday night on NBC.
