Covert Affairs Season 5 Spoilers, Plot: Promises Its Fans To Look Forward To Walker And Anderson's Reel Romantic Affair.
The Covert Affairs, a USA network show that premiered in July of 2010 and was renewed for a fifth season on October 3rd, 2013, really proved that this series is not your typical spy story. The show provides great entertainment; from its characters, plot, and twists.
The 16-episode, action packed season lets viewers follow the ever charismatic CIA agent Annie Walker who is assigned to work as a field operative in the Domestic Protection Division. Annie is accompanied by her blind guide operative who lost his sight in Iraq. With a Golden Globe award in its bag already, fans are really anticipating for a more thrilling plotline. One of which is the final revelation of the man behind the Chicago bombings. Producers are still not willing to admit that Aleksandre Belenko is the one but they have given hints that he will still be staying for more episodes on this season at least. An immense twist is expected when it will finally be exposed who Belenko was referring to when he spoke about his missed target. After all, the final revelation of the man behind this frenzy will greatly affect the shows whole plotline.
From Season 1, Covert Affairs will continue to uplift viewers with the juxtaposed action-comedy setting. Season 5 promises its fans to look forward to Walker and Anderson's reel romantic affair. Their choice will let the audience witness the opportunity cost of choosing profession versus love relationship, as Annie's assignment takes a twist.
Covert Affairs season 5 introduces Ryan McQuaid (Nic Bishop), a private spy who is working as a military outworker. Borz worked for McQuaid's company in Eastern Europe in the past. Annie met McQuaid when she ask him about Borz.
The cast is expected to remain greatly unchanged with all major twists and turns happening in the plot. For now, all we can do is to wait and see what will happen in this promising action packed sequel.
