Bigg Boss, a TV series which is a combination of reality and drama returns to screens for another season that is, Bigg Boss season 8. This new season unlike other seasons is set to have an aviation background and theme. As always, Salman Khan will be at the helm of the show. The channel promised its fans that the new season unlike other seasons will be a more-action packed journey full of excitement and revelation than earlier seasons

The promo shots of Khan dressed as a pilot sets the theme which the creators claim will raise the curiosity of many viewers, which was an idea set by the director Rohit Shetty. As Bigg Boss prepares to come back to screens it has won favors and attention of multiple brands such as Snapdeal who have come up as the presenting sponsor.  'Powered by', sponsors Oppo Mobiles, 'driven by', sponsors Maruti and associate sponsors Garnier men, TVs Motors and Cardekho.com are also sponsors to the new season.

This development has forced color prime, the network airing Bigg Boss, to move property Beintehaa to 11PM time band every Monday to Friday from September 22^nd, as Rangrasiya, Rudra and Myra's love saga meets its logical conclusion on September 19^th.

Bigg Boss set up requires participants to be locked inside a house for more than 90 days, with every week; a round of voting eliminates one participant. Bigg Boss ultimate authority assigns various tasks to contestants which result in backbiting, fights, fun and drama that are captured on camera fitted around the house. The previous season had 14 contestants.

Bigg Boss is among the most watched Indian shows. "To elevate the excitement level, the house will be designed as the interior of an aircraft, just as last year's season seven was designed as heaven and hell," said a source, according to Daily mail. The house will have a waiting lounge and two different sections for business and Economy class.

The names of the contestants have been kept a secret till now but sources from Color TV revealed that Bollywood actress Minissha Lamba will be one of the Biggest draws this upcoming season and will be accompanied by Upen Patel a model-tuned actor

Bigg Boss is set to premiere on September 21^st 2014 on Color TV.
