Oculus Rift Consumer Version Release Date : Going to be launched in May 2015
Oculus Rift fans can rejoice as the release date for the Oculus Rift Consumer has been declared. There are a huge number of fans of the consumer version of the famed Oculus Rift. According to reports the demo would be released in September 2014. The specific date is not yet declared. Since a number of months it had different dates were buzzing here and there.
However, the consumer version of this Oculus Rift is based on the previous one. The expectations of the consumers are much more than the other versions. The PC advisors note that this Oculus Rift Consumer version has its great features, which will be 1080p low persistence of version OLED display. There are some other relevant and newly added features too. The seven inches display will provide twenty-four bit color system, which is much better than the previous one.
The weight will be almost 379 grams. For mimicking the human vision there will be stereoscopic 3D. On the other hand, it has got an amazing field of view as well. One of the most important features is the motion tracking system. This particular system will provide external camera. The technically advanced 1000 Hz adjacent Reality Tracker has also been installed in it. Oculus Rift users a combination of 3-axis gyros, magnetometer, and accelerometer, etc.
The people are now waiting eagerly to have the latest one of Oculus Rift devices. The users will be much more impressed to hear that the USB interface has also been fine-tuned for better performance.
