Windows 9 Release Date, Price And Features: Windows 9 Operating System Expected To Be A Huge Improvement To The Windows 8 With Better And Faster Features
We have the latest for you on the release date, price and features of the Windows 9 Operating System. Some critics saw Windows 8 as a failure and we can't wait to see how Windows 9 will be released in the market. Microsoft has been known to release descent Windows Operating System however, Windows 9 is expected to have better features than Windows 8. Even though some saw Windows 8 as a failure it did have success being introduced to smartphones and encouraging people to use it on other devises and not only on laptops which was quite a step up. This is why we can only expect a new and improved Windows that will be faster and better in every aspect.
Windows 8 is great with it being faster to boot and is more stable than Windows 7. It is also better with file copying, the Task manager, and has better support for its multiple display. It's down side however was the strange combination of desktop OS and the touchscreen and the Start Screen known as the Modern UI. With one being on each interface the two did not seem to relate and many apps ship in the two separate versions.
The fact that Windows 7 still holds the higher percentage in the market which is 50% while Windows 8 and the 8.1 versions holding 12.48% shows that Microsoft needs to make a huge step up with their new Windows 9.
It is hard to tell what we should expect from the new Windows due to lack of confirmation regarding its features. Most tech aficionados however say what they would want to see improved and most of them say they would like it to be lower in price which will allow the users to be able to upgrade and also adopt the new version. They also would like it to support low power usage for laptops running on Windows OS and return the start button which people are missing and want back. In addition, they would like the restore system functionality simpler. The simpler update feature would prevent the laptop from shutting off at odd times like it does.
When it comes to the release date, it is not yet clear when Windows 9 will be released. Microsoft communication Chief Frank Shaw said that the company was not ready to reveal anything about the new Windows he did however say this "you have certainly seen across a variety of our products a cadence that looks like that; Windows Phone is a good for example of that, our services are a good example of that."
Rumor has it the new Windows 9 will be released on April 2015 so we can only hope that Microsoft will deliver something much better and affordable for its users and that it will be a better version than its predecessors.
