Final Fantasy XV Release Date And Trailer News: Lead programmer Leaves Square Enix Leading To The Release Date Being Pushed Back
We have the latest info for you on the release date and trailer news of Final Fantasy XV. Final Fantasy XV was announced in 2006 by Square Enix however back then it was named Final Fantasy XIII but was later changed to the now Final Fantasy XV during the Electronic Entertainment Expo in 2013. Its release date was set around March 2015 when Square Enix announced that their focus was in developing Kingdom Heart 2.5 for it to be released in 2014. However, fans to this amazing game will be very disappointed to know that it might not be released soon and might have to wait for it a little bit longer.
Final Fantasy XV release looks like will have to be farther delayed.
It seems like the lead Programmer of the game Kentaro Yasui has his hands full with a project. According to a report from "Nova Crystallis" Kentaro is focusing on developing a game called "Chaos Centurions" for another company.
This is quite a setback considering the fact that the game was announced years back and fans have been eagerly waiting for it with so much anticipation. Kentaro's resignation will definitely push back the release date of this eagerly waited on game, given the fact that the developer has kept everyone off the loop on what he was planning to give the fans. Fans have not been given any information about the game and this whole situation makes matters worse.
Square Enix was expected to shed light on when the game would be released at E3 however, that was quite the opposite from what everyone expected. All they had to say about the game was that they would reveal further information when the time was right. The saddest part was that they did not even show a teaser at E3 2014. The company chose to focus their attention on their other games which for some reason are also taking time to be released. This makes us wonder if there is trouble in the company.
With all this happening we can only hope that Square Enix is developing a game worth the wait. The silence about Kentaro's resignation and the game is not helping the situation and they should definitely keep their fans on the loop of what is really going on and when and if the game will indeed be released.
