Sparrow Records’ Steven Curtis Chapman working on new album

Sparrow Records’ artist Steven Curtis Chapman is back in his studio and working on his new album.

Recently, Chapman has been meeting with his producer to go over some brand new songs in preparation for a new record.

Chapman’s latest record was a Christmas album titled Joy, which released just last year. It contained 13 songs including “Joy To The World,” “What Child Is This?,” “Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow,” and “Christmas Time Is Here,” to name a few.

Singer/songwriter Steven Curtis Chapman started his career in 1980s. Since then, Chapman recorded over 20 albums and won five Grammy Awards and multiple Dove Awards.

Chapman and his wife Mary Beth are also advocates for adoption. They founded an organization called Show Hope which celebrated its 10thyear just last month.
