Apple may have already abandoned the whole Mac vs PC ads for a very long time now, but the comparisons do not just stop there. Although the Microsoft Surface seems to have given up its attempts on beating Apple's iPad, with the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, it seems like Microsoft has once again found a replacement for the PC for something to spite the tech giant's iconic MacBook Air this time.

In a set of bold TV commercials released just recently on YouTube, Microsoft showed nothing less than the ultimate laptop experience. This includes the Microsoft Surface Pro 3's best features, as well as the typical touchscreen display, detachable keyboard, stylus support, full accommodation of laptop apps and even connectivity ports, all the while deliberately downsizing and making fun of Apple's MacBook Air. In some other ads even, Microsoft can never make the message any clearer: the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 can do more than what the MacBook Air can.

From its Microsoft Surface Pro 2, users can surely expect more from its new upgrade. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 will feature a 12 - inch screen size with a 2160 x 1440 resolution, dimensions of 11.5" x 7.93" x 0.36", a battery life that can amount to up to 9 hours of web browsing and, of course, a 4th generation Intel Core processor family (i3, i5, i7). With the well - known Kickstand, the optional, click-in keyboard and multiple ports, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 promises nothing less than the efficiency and productivity that users need.
