Ryan Ellis Releases "Better Days" After Its Demo Version Went Viral
Singer, songwriter, and performing artist Ryan Ellis releases the official studio version of "Better Days." Ellis shared a demo of the song online in 2023 and it was met with significant support from fans and fellow CCM artists.
Ellis writes, "The way that so many of you connect with this song says a lot. It says that there's so many of us navigating a challenging season. We're clinging to hope that there are better days ahead. We can simultaneously be in a hard season while also acknowledging God's goodness and faithfulness. We can even catch glimpses of 'better days' here and there. But what truly stands out is that this means we're not alone. You're not alone. We're all in this together waiting for God to do something. I guess we're all just waiting for some better days."

With songwriting talents that have allowed him to pen songs for Matt Redman, Natalie Grant, Meredith Andrews, Steven Malcolm, Housefires, and more, California-based worship artist and songwriter Ryan Ellis also wrote Chris Tomlin's "Resurrection Power," earning him a GMA Dove Award nomination and ASCAP's "Most Performed Song" award in 2018. Accolade, however, is not the fuel of Ellis's fire. He shares, "I'm a devoted husband and father first. I have a deep love for Jesus and the way that songs draw people in to experience Him, to be inspired and encouraged, and ultimately to let them know that they are loved. Music is the language that everyone can understand, and it's all I know how to do."
