The song is particularly dear to Fleming as it is a testimony of Christ's healing in her life. Flemming writes, "This song is really special to me. for those of you who don't know, I lived with multiple incurable autoimmune and blood disorders for most of my life. much like the woman in Mark 5. I got to a point where all I could do was reach out for Jesus. and just like in Luke 5, where a man's friends stepped out in faith for him, I had people step out in faith for my healing.
"I no longer am on the medication or hospital infusions I used to receive because of the blood of Jesus. He radically changed my life and continues to do so day after day. His mercies are new every morning."
A classically trained pianist and multi-instrumentalist, Flemming's music is a combination of intimate worship and uplifting contemporary Christian material. Each track is a testament to Flemming's bold faith and hope, inspired by her personal walk with the Lord and perseverance through trials.
With an authenticity borne out of devout commitment to spiritual development, Flemming's biblically-based music invites listeners to reflect on God's wonder and love, while sharing the promise of His steadfast presence. That Flemming has been called to step forth in song comes as no surprise, her musical gifts stitched into her very being. While admitting the challenges of juggling a musical career, Flemming stays focused on fulfilling God's purpose.
