Cedric Ballard Drops New Single "Blessing Me"
Blacksmoke Music Worldwide recording artist Cedric Ballard readily accepts his commission as God's ambassador to encourage people through his new single, "Blessing Me."
The Houston native discovered his love for music early on, first starting with the drums before taking up singing at the age of 14. Cedric had his heart set on making it in secular music, but God had different plans for his life and ministry. As Cedric surrendered his will to the Lord, doors began to open for Cedric to sing and minister across the country.
Ballard takes life and places it in proper perspective. "What a year 2020 has been", states Ballard. "In spite of everything that we have witnessed, God is still good. The Bible says that He daily loads us with benefits and we have goodness and mercy following us all the days of our lives. In light of endless mercies, we should take inventory of all the wonderful blessings God has given us, and when we take the time to appreciate His goodness, we will realize just how blessed we are. The song says God continues to bless us over and over again."
Blacksmoke CEO Kerry Douglas says, "I am excited about Cedric Ballard. We have been a witness to his ministry over the years, and NOW is his time to go to the next level. Blessing Me is a great song for this time and a good reminder for all of us to count our blessings."
Blessing Me hits digital outlets and streaming platforms on September 18th.
