Joel Vaughn's "Control Vol. 2" is Available Now

Control Vol. 2,the final installment in the Control series by Joel Vaughn, is now available.  The 5 song EP (DREAM Records) features his singles, "More Than Good Enough" which just debuted in the top 30 on the Billboard Christian Hot AC / CHR chart, and his next radio single, "I Look To You."  Joel shares his heart on the making of the Control series:

"Before writing songs for Control I was praying about what steps I needed to take to grow in my ministry and my platform. I was working hard, touring, and spinning my wheels like crazy only to feel like I was digging ruts in the ground. That's when I realized I tried to take control of parts of my life that I shouldn't have. I held onto my life so tightly because I was afraid of what would or would not happen to it- be it good or bad. I was on the brink of burnout and eventually I realized that I needed to let some things go that were holding me back. One of those things was my attempted "control" over my life. Ultimately our lives are in God's hands. He is guiding, leading, and thankfully patient with all of us. God can do infinitely more with our lives in one second than we could ever try to accomplish in a thousand years. Ephesians 3:20 says "Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen"".  This album is a declaration that I'm giving everything I have back to God. Looking to him when my fear and uncertainty look like mountains that can't be moved- I'm choosing to trust him with everything I have."  - Joel Vaughn
