OBB SHINES IN SPOTLIGHT OF BREAKOUT YEAR
The five-song OBB debuted at #23 on Billboard's HeatSeekers chart following its January 8 release, and is currently #19 on the chart. The project also debuted at #39 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart and is now #33, marking one of the chart's biggest percentage gains of the week. Featuring five selections written or co-written by the band, the EP includes fan favorites "Wildfire" and "Come On Home."
In addition, the group is impacting capacity audiences around the country as part of this year's 44-city Winter Jam Tour Spectacular. OBB is spotlighted during the Youth Music Vault Pre-Jam Party, which also features Jason Castro and Capital Kings. Headlined by TobyMac, RED, Matthew West, Jamie Grace, and tour founders and hosts NewSong, among others, Winter Jam is one of the world's top tours.
Comprised of 21-year-old Zach Oswald (lead vocals, guitar), 19-year-old Jacob Oswald (lead guitar) and 18-year-old Nich Oswald (drums), the Atlanta-based brothers gained national notoriety in 2009 as finalists on the CBS Early Show's "Singing Family Face-Off." In addition to Winter Jam, OBB has shared the stage with such artists as Switchfoot, Natalie Grant and Big Daddy Weave, among others. The siblings also regularly lead children's worship at Atlanta's Passion City Church.
