Joel and Luke explain, "After spending a year and a half writing and recording our new album, Burn the Ships, we asked ourselves, 'What would be a special and unique way to present this music live for the very first time?' What we came up with was something we've never done before - a 10 show tour of intimate nights in select theaters across the US with new songs, fresh stories, captivating set design, and the most important ingredient, you! We can't wait to see everyone out there!"
The already glimmering star continues to shine for two-time Grammy® award-winning duo for KING & COUNTRY. Their lead single "joy." has received over 8.2 million streams and was included on USA Today/The Tennessean's "Best Songs of the Year" (so far) all-genre list, proclaiming "'joy.' is an infectious, upbeat anthem about choosing to be joyful in the face of hardship." "joy." has already reached the No. 1 spot on radio in Canada, Australia and Mediabase CHR. Furthermore, the band's song "Pioneers" has appeared on Spotify's "New Music Friday" playlist and amassed over 1 million streams to date.
for KING & COUNTRY also recently unveiled a powerful music video for "God Only Knows." The track, which appeared on Spotify's "New Music Friday" playlist, continues the forthcoming album's theme of finding comfort during times of hardship. "God Only Knows" is an emotive call to arms for those feeling down on themselves and explores what it means to start over when things seem out of control. The gorgeous visual, set during a nighttime walk in the rain, makes clear that there is always a helping hand at the ready for those who need it. The band reflects, "We've walked with those we love as they've battled through loneliness, we've heard your stories of great loss and lately, we've seen several in the public eye take their own lives. In turn, we were compelled to write and portray an honest, yet hopeful, song/video for us all during difficult seasons." To watch the video for "God Only Knows," CLICK HERE.
