Lillie Knauls, TaRanda Greene, Doug Anderson & Others Featured on New StowTown Collection, "Hope: Songs of Encouragement & Inspiration"
StowTown Records is delighted to announce the release of the first collection in a new series. Hope: Songs of Encouragement & Inspiration, the first project from the StowTown Heart & Soul Series, released November 3.
Hope is a compilation of uplifting songs performed by some of today's most popular gospel artists. This very special project includes popular hymns and top 40 songs, including GMA/Dove Award nominated Traditional Gospel Song of the Year, "Deliverance," by Lillie Knauls, along with "Keep Breathing" by Jody McBrayer and "All I Need" by TaRanda Greene.
"When I was a kid, our family loved getting the compilation records of our favorite artists from some of the top labels like HeartWarming and Canaan," said StowTown co-founder and popular gospel music producer, songwriter, and arranger Wayne Haun. "I loved the variety of artists and the uplifting themes. Compiling this project took me back to those days. It's our hope that this project will encourage the listener on those dark days."
Other popular selections on the album include "It's Good to See the Sun" by Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, "What A Friend We Have In Jesus" by Janet Paschal, "Remember That He Loves You" by Doug Anderson and "Aim Higher" by The Browns.
