Jonny Diaz, singer/songwriter from Centricity Music, is celebrateing the release of his third album and Centricity Music debut, Let It Fly that came out this week, April 8th. The album is receiving strong reviews and his current radio single, "Thank God I Got Her," gaining momentum at radio (listen to single above).
Let It Fly was produced by Jeff Pardo (Mandisa, Salvador) and Brent Milligan (Steven Curtis Chapman, David Crowder Band). The record displays Diaz showcasing an increased artistic confidence, as evidenced by new sounds and insights on the tracks. Jonny Diaz is currently giving fans a taste of the new album while on the Morning Rises Tour, with headliner Aaron Shust, with special guest MIKESCHAIR. The tour will run through early May. You can check out the remaining tour dates below.
Diaz released three independent projects as a worship leader in Florida before signing with INO Records in 2008. His label debut, More Beautiful You (2009), produced Diaz's first hit single, the album's title track, which reached No. 1 on Billboard's AC Indicator chart and No. 2 on its Hot Christian Songs chart. The record's momentum, combined with a self-titled follow up album in 2011, paved the way for Diaz to perform alongside such notable Christian acts as Building 429, Matthew West, Steven Curtis Chapman, MercyMe and Bebo Norman. Diaz signed with Centricity Music in October 2013.
