LeAnn Rimes Covers Kenny Loggins' 'Celebrate Me home' in New Gavin DeGraw Christmas Duet (Listen Here)
On Oct. 16, LeAnn Rimes is back with her new album Today is Christmas. The album was recorded in Los Angeles, at Capitol Recording Studios and Sunset Sound Studios.
The record includes two original songs that Rimes co-wrote, "I Still Believe in Santa Claus" and the title track, "Today Is Christmas," as well as classic Christmas tunes ("Holly Jolly Christmas," "We Need a Little Christmas") and hymns ("Angels We Have Heard on High," "Hark the Herald Angels Sing"). Aloe Blacc (of Avicii's "Wake Me Up") appears on a remake of Ray Charles' "That Spirit of Christmas." Today Is Christmas marks Rimes' 16th studio album and second holiday set, following last year's One Christmas: Chapter One.
Now Rimes has released her duet with Gavin DeGraw on which they cover Kenny Loggins favorite "Celebrate Me Home." "I try to remain in the Christmas spirit all year long," said Rimes. "So I am hoping my fans will be right there with me - singing all the way into the New Year."
