Nightlife Worship Releases "Arise" on March 31
Dream Worship is excited to announce the release of "Arise" from Nightlife Worship on March 31. Their first single "Song of the Redeemed" is a powerful worship song that every church will want to start singing with their congregation. The whole album is filled with great worship songs that will excite and inspire you!
In a recent interview with us, we asked the team what the goal of "Arise" is, this is their response: "Our heartbeat is to see people come alive in Jesus and takes risks. Move out in faith without any backup plans. It's not a comfortable life, but it's the only way to live in Christ! And praise God we have a Comforter when we're weary or doubting..God has every base covered for us."
God's ongoing authorship of Nightlife worship's story began in 2011. Before Nightlife was a band, it was the name of monthly worship nights at The Bridge Church in Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca. It was the vision of the church to turn upside down (think Acts 17:6) what the world viewed as "nightlife" and welcome their church family and the city into encountering the freedom and transformative power of Jesus. It was at these events that a spirit-filled and musical chemistry began to establish between them. This newfound harmony began to birth new songs of praise. As the new material was shared, the church responded. But more than just their home church embracing them, God's favor was upon them at camps, shows and other local churches. This fueled their passion to pursue all that Jesus had for them and to begin compiling enough material for an album. And with most of the members being longtime active worship leaders at their church and even volunteering at other churches, songwriting came fluidly.
Roughly three years later Nightlife began a Kickstarter campaign to fund their first full-length, entitled ARISE. It was all or nothing. Fund it all, or none at all. God was faithful to complete the good work He began and the project was a success. So much so, that the band has been working to translate the album into Spanish as well.
Nightlife's mission is clear: Nightlife worship exists to magnify and pursue the Glory of God in Christ Jesus through the vehicle of new songs birthed in their hearts and centered on God's word, by the gifting and power of the Holy Spirit; to see His sons and daughters realize their identity (Rev 1:5-6), liberty and purpose (kingdom authority *1 Peter 2:9) in Christ while inviting them into an atmosphere of pastorally led, unashamed praise and psalm-like response to His greatness. By the grace of God they will attempt to reach the nations and strive to grow in their knowledge and love for Jesus. They are passionate about ministering before the Lord and leading others in the releasing, redeeming, renewing, refreshing, and restoring power of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. May the broken arise in the strength and power of God and make famous the name of Jesus.
