"American Idol" 2014 Angie Miller is Back with Interview & New Live Performance, Watch Here (VIDEO)
Angie Miller made it into the Top 3 of last season's "American Idol" and became one of the most popular contestants on the show in recent years. Her surprising exit during the Top 3 was one of the most talked about moments of last season (Season 12).
Now "American Idol" Season 13 is upon us and they are down to the Top 12 where the new crop of hopefuls looks to become the next 'American Idol". Miller stopped by Idol Insider where she shared about her time on the show and some advice to this year's Top 12. She then gave a special live performance of that song that catapulted her on the show, her original song "You Set Me Free".
Unfortunately, for Angie Miller fans, she has kept pretty quiet in the last year. She has sang the national anthem at a few sports games and did a short Christmas tour with popular Christian artist, Michael W. Smith. Other then that though, she hasn't been performing much and more importantly, she has not released any music other then one single. There is no official word on any new album plans as she is still working out a label deal. As popular as she was, the more time goes by, the harder it will be to pick that momentum she gained back up, so hopefully she will release an album soon.
