We have the latest for you on the release date, specs, features and latest reveals of the Samsung Galaxy S6. With the release of the Galaxy S5 that was followed by Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and finally Galaxy gear, well something seems to be a miss as the Korean Tech company, Samsung has had its sales palmate at a fast rate and by a huge margin. Some would call it 'Samsung has been through the ringer' the question in all our minds is, will the Galaxy S6 be Samsung's salvation or will be just a letdown like the previous devices? For them to get back at the top of the food chain they have to totally rethink everything and develop a new device an like the previous Galaxy S devices, according to Value Walk news reports.

Rumors have surfaced that due to the loss in its market share, Samsung may be forced to shave off some of its items from the range of smartphones in the coming years so as to get back on the good side of customers and to compete on a level plane with its competitors. Already the company's heads have issued a statement showing their concerns in relation to the current difficulties the company is facing and have agreed that things have to change.

In an official specs listing of the new device, the S6 may have a 5.3 inch display and will support 4K display which means it will have 3840x2160 pixels with over 375ppi density on an AMOLED screen. For those who have glanced at the 2K displays on the LG G3, you can only imagine how 4K displays would be like. The Galaxy S6 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 and 4GB RAM.

It seem the S6 is competing with Sony as if rumors are true it could have a 20MP camera and an iris scanner, it will be made available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variants and is set to have a 400mAH lithium Battery.

As these are very appealing features, will they be enough to bring back Samsung to its former glory? Time will tell. With the device set for a 2015 release date around March in Barcelona, we will only have to wait and see.
