Alienware Makes Gaming's Future Much Brighter With Its New Desktop, Laptop Releases
Area 51, Alienware's newest gaming desktop has arrived. A behemoth hexagonal tower made to cater gamers who are looking for top-line performance. It ships with the new Intel Haswell-E 6- and 8-core processors, and seems to be an apt successor to the company's long line of purpose-built gaming boxes.
According to The Verge, Area 51 is made to allow all kinds of customization, like the capability to put in three double-wide 300W graphic cards on the inside, program nine contrasting lighting outside zones and fit in five hard drives (SSD or HDD) .
They added that the design of the Area 51 is really noticeable and striking even though the customization isn't anything new to common PC user or gamer. It is made so that going around the tower to switch things up will be much easier. Not only the changes made plugging of USB ports and pulling of wires a lot easier, but they manage to insert a pathway for the hot air by having a vent upwards instead of the usual straight back.
Another great gadget from Alienware is the Alienware 13 gaming laptop. Reviewed by Gizmodo, it is the next big thing after the impressive Alienware 14. It is shaved down to an inch for the thickness of it and with 4.5 pounds on the weight, the thinnest laptop of Alienware, yet.
For its starting price $999, it comes with a beautiful meh 1366 x 768 screen ,which you can make bigger up to a super gorgeous 2560 x 1440 touchscreen multiple SSDs, and 1TB hard drive.
This newest laptop from Alienware has the ability to play pretty much everything your PC games can have, with high settings. It can be leveled-up to different potencies, which other laptops are only dreaming.
The PCWorld cited that this little gaming machine is pretty decent and very affordable for its price. It is also very different from the Alienware 14.
But if some gamers would be ask, the battery life of this laptop can still be upgraded. Also it is still not up to par with Blade or Evo15-S.
