'SNL' Halloween Episode: Jim Carrey Dressed Like Horned Elvis Presley
Jim Carey did his very best to bring the fun back to "Saturday Night Live."
According to The Wrap, things got off into a musical start with Jim Carrey hosting "Saturday Night Live" Halloween episode. The actor hit the stage of Studio 8H for monologue while dressed as Helvis, the devilish version of the known Elvis Presley with complete horns as well as a red jumpsuit. Then, Carrey crooned about his fondness of pecan pie, which is backed up by the cast members of "Saturday Night Live" and the whole gospel choir.
Jim Carrey said that everyone should as well stop because it won't be enough. The audience cheered when he appeared on stage adding how Halloween is the day of year, which he actually blend in. In his true fashion, the comedian actor continued the shenanigans with a weird tribute together with the choir and backup singers.
Based on New York Daily News, the rest of the episode has rolled out with the same speed like his opening monologue. One of the skits is called "Carrey Family Reunion", which include some cast members doing their finest impersonations of the comedian. The notable cameo was the "Dumb and Dumber To of Jim Carrey and his co-star Jeff Daniels and pose as his Grandpa Lloyd.
Carrey also said that sometimes he works with several real jerks after his "Gramps" commented that he should be having a blast making Hollywood movies.
