Windows 10 Release Date in USA: Microsoft OS Early Announcement Troubles
With so much going on in the technology world, it is almost impossible to keep an eye on updates from the big innovation houses of Apple, Microsoft, Moto, Samsung, and LG. Every brand seems dedicated to come up with something new to offer. It seems though that Microsoft has a lot more to offer than just the upcoming smartwatch.
About a few months ago, they came up with new operating system announcement. While users thought that it will be called Windows 9 (the next logical step after Windows 7 and 8), Microsoft ditched that name and called it Windows 10 instead, which is actually a good competitor to OS X (another ten in roman numericals, if you think about it now).
However, it won't be too much to say that Microsoft actually hurried into the announcement process given that this operating system is not actually coming out till late 2015. The development is still in initial phases and there is no certainty of when it will be tested and released officially.
According to tech experts, Microsoft and especially their new CEO Satya Nadella had to highlight that their engineers are up to something especially when every other company is coming up with new offerings in the market. However, with its Windows 10 release announcement, the company is set to experience more the pressure with people asking for updates, reveals, and more. At the same time, Microsoft can even lose business to Apple especially with the features revealed in their OS X Yosemite just recently.
As far as the features in this new operating system from Microsoft are concerned, people will be looking for a complete overhaul. Everybody knows that Windows 8 was not exactly a hit and users had demanded several changes including the inclusion of search options. Apparently, Microsoft has taken note of these things and is now working on an operating system that is closer to Window 7 and not Windows 9. Just OS X Yosemite, it is said to connect phones, tablets, smartwatches, and other devices on the computer to control everything from one desktop. Colors and animations are also being worked upon from the root level looking at the kind of processors and graphic cards computer manufacturers have to offer.
In terms of price, the basic version of this new operating system should be available for around $150 to 200 at the time of release. Windows 8 is available for $100 right now.
